With Apple Watch, you and your clients can track workouts quickly and easily, both in and out of the gym.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE: This app is a companion app for your account on My PT Hub Web Application. An online account is required. If you're a client, ask your trainer for your account details so you can login to this app.

Waste of money!
The app is not very user friendly. The metal plans are so complex and require lots of not-so-common ingredients. The vast majority of the workouts are gym workouts that require extensive equipment. It is not at all an easy to use app!
