Zasto trenutno ne radi aplikacija

Nakon zadnjeg ažuriranja aplikacija ima poteškoća povezivanja s autom. Često se ne želi promijeniti plan punjenja baterije. Prije je je radila bez problema.

Aplikacija nije doatupna u bosni i hercegovini. Zašto??!

The app started working after driving for almost a year and is pretty usable. It shows the battery level, charging estimate, and allows for remote car identification and air conditioning or heating triggering. The downsides are that actions like triggering the heating/cooling take almost a minute, which is neither great nor terrible. I'm just missing the feature to set car's desired SoC when charging (I can do that in the car, but not via the app). Also, after the last update it's no longer possible to activate preconditioning. It worked once and now app always thinks the preconditioning is in progress, thus not allowing activation.

Vratite u aplikaciju servisni plan koji je prije godinu dana bio dostupan. Kad se sa svojim podacima ulogiram na renault.fr tamo je za moj auto dostupan raspored što je na redu za servis svake godine u 8. mj.

It’s incredible how rudimental this app is comparing to hardware that my Captur E-Tech has, it’s not utilising it at all! For example, the AC control can just turn on the AC to reach the temp set in the car system menu (it cannot be set in the app), it can’t keep the set temperature so you can leave your dog in the car if needed, you must turn it on manually every few minutes. Thats just an example of underutilised car hardware by this poorly done app… And ofc the Assistance link does not work (in Croatia)… The list goes on…

First, in app I can only see mileage, and range, and that's it (I'm in Croatia)... Horn & Lights don't work... After update there is no more maintenance (service) page... Users from different countrys, for example Germany have lot more options... Not to mention that you can't see if doors or windows are open, or even open/close car from somewhere like other brands can do... Super, futuristic car with lot of equipment far ahead from competitors ( Renault Austral) and app from 2000's, that you can use only to see your range and mileage... Renault (software department), you can do better than this...
