Rude and cheap support
I live in Belgium, I have contacted WhatsApp support for more than 30 times to update my callback phone number, each time they copy paste same reply that I will receive callback from ABL but that never happened in weeks of waiting. Some of the support names are that I contacted them; Atif, Ameera, Waqas, Salman, Faizan, Mohsin and Muatar
FazOOOL app
From last year am trying to use the app. I can’t login it .
Worst service ever
Shame on your procedures and more shame for the helpline services pathetic experience
Bugs
the app has a lot of issues , I can’t make any transactions! It really wasting my time , I can’t see my account once I login !
App is not working after putting login credentials
After I put my login credentials application starts loading and nothing happens further. After waiting few minutes a network error comes.

App is full of bugs
Doesnt work 90% of the times when you need the app, it opens and a blank screen appears without any options.
Useless App
Crashes on opening. Not working since April 2024 update. Deleted and installed the subsequent updates, but no success.
Bad experience
Very bad application whenever i try to open its not open😡
