Slowest app ever

This is the slowest app I have ever used. I have to close the app multiple times just to make one transaction. I regret opening account in Allied bank. I have other bank apps they work absolutely perfect. I wonder if the CEO/President of the ABL doesn’t use his app? Otherwise he would had fired the app developers straight away. Guys we live in a digital world making a normal working app should not be something out of this world.

Really bad experience with this app

Biometric verification never gets through. Always asking for biometric verification after logging in and when provided it never work. Pathetic app. I’m paying all the taxes and still getting this pathetic service with online banking.

Unable to login as it needs to scan my fingers but camera is unable to focus on my iphone 16 pro as it use another lens to focus and not selecting it in app

I live in the UK and this bank has been nothing but trouble. It is impossible to sign in or register or change password when outside Pakistan as they insist on using a Pakistani number for verification or to visit a branch. They have changed something recently which has logged us out. As soon as I sign in it signs me back out. Face ID no longer works even when I try to reactivate it. Not fit for purpose or fit for any reputable bank. Absolutely poor. Please fix it!

Utility Bills not updating automatically

I have been using this app from last 3 years its been not bad experience. But from last 2 months its utility bills in Payments option are not updating automatically. And every month i have to delete the app and reinstall it again to pay the bills. Its a big headache from last 2 months. Plz Developers try to solve this.
