Struggling with password forgot
It’s been 2 months I’m struggling with just forgot currently I’m living in UAE and every month I have to send money to pakistan and I forgot my application password so I want to forgot but they said your account has been blocked due to security reasons and I emailed them talk with there representatives they can’t help I have my registered mobile number with me but I can’t call from UAE to pakistan I just receive messages and they give me another solution and they said email us with CRF form so we will update your email in your account then you can email us from that email then we can reset your password and I emailed them more than 5 times and they didn’t respond yet
Disappointed service
Hi I am facing issue to last fourth month that my debit card has been blocked I am trying to call in abl center but no response.which kind of service you are providing us
Required lot of practical improvements
This app work over all good but their security measures set for aliens 👎🏻. Lots of stupid layers of security. In result I blocked my app get from cs done and now for one & half month not able to instal becouse by the time email and SMS received and provide to app on your earliest it’s still get expired.. please learn from your local banks forget about international banks about logical and sensible security protocols. Thanks

Very slow app… worst app for emergency need

App design and system calls is worst its always not working specially transfer money if once API calls fails user is not able to refresh stupid deaign

One of the worst app… nobody take action if you said like that everyone just have same answer please clear your browser history, cache etc etc… uneducated peoples work in call center they didn’t know anything…. WORST APP of the world…
