My Cpap has allowed me to cont breathing normal during the night. I’ve gone from 30.5 events to 0.2. !
A recent update is keeping my data from showing..I used to be able to see it first thing in the morning..I was missing 2 days and complained in reviews..now those are “suddenly there”…I am missing a single night again…..maybe someone can see to this again as there is no one to contact about this!
The update needs to fix the bugs that count excessive erroneous mask offs. I took mymaskogf once last night and this app reported I removed my mask Ten Times. You read it right TEN(10) mask off in a 7.5 hour period. Like What? When did I sleep? I sleep on a good mattress. I Dont take off my clean brand new mask. Ten times.

I have noticed over the past two or three months that my scores have been very crazy. I look every morning to see how many hours I’ve slept, etc. I have noticed that I have mean red faces on the mask seal area. When I look at the history, I’m seeing that my numbers are way out of range. So, as I’ve said for the past two or three months I have really been paying attention to my mask seal. Nothing that I do at home improves my mask seal at all. Now mind you, I am not having any leakage in my mask at all during the night. So why am I having these crazy numbers that I’m receiving in my mask seal that tells me to adjust, adjust, adjust? Finally, I consulted my doctor’s office. My doctor looked at me in amazement that I was telling him about my awful readings through this application. He immediately printed out a copy of his report that was pulled from my ResMed AirSense 10 Respond that I’ve had since August 2024, and showed me that I was not having any issues with my mask seal at all! So, my question to you is, are you experiencing an issue with you app with other users like I’m experiencing? I would love to hear from someone about this issue. Thank you.
I have a travel unit and it would be nice to see that data on one account. Let show more than one device that I own.
This app usually works however the software support is mostly nonexistent. When this program didn’t download my data for one day, no one could explain how to get the results into the app despite the information being available on the Resmed device. Customer support eventually suggested that I ask provider of the device how to get the data into the app. The analytics provided in the app are limited. For example, you can’t see more than one month of data in the application.
Not sure what happened but server perpetually down. No support with posting anywhere on what's happening
