This App is Complete Garbage
Nothing ever loads, if it does, it takes 10 minutes. When you scan a promotion it does not work and says you have 0 points when in the Home Screen it clearly says you don’t have 0 points. Do not waste your time with this app.

Great app
I don't know what all those negative reviews are about because the app works very well and it supports english without issues. Super easy to use.
Language settings barely work
Every notification I get from AIS is in Thai even though my language settings on the app are in English I go to the website my settings are on the English, and I get all of the notifications in Thai. The app is unuseable to me. It looks pretty.
New AIS app
This new upgraded app is so average. Terribly confusing UI, not intuitive to find things I need to find. Search yields no results, the help bot is useless. I can’t even view my billing history. Very unimpressed
