Please stop updating the app every few days. Ridiculous.
What is this.?
Once I had an app that was user friendly. Not anymore, instead of stuff I need to know like usage, I have what appears to be a sales platform imposed on me via a service that I happen to pay for. Why..? I don’t get it.
Update/downgrade
App was quite useful for top ups and keeping track of usage but since the latest update there is no option to login with Face ID so I have remember my phone number and pin every time, an unnecessary annoyance.
New app is unusable
They have revamped the app and released it without sufficient testing. I can no longer top up or buy packages as I am sent on a log in loop where I log in and then it asks me to log in. So now this app is beautiful but unusable for me, I would prefer the old one
