Cant turn on roaming service
I cant use my AIS sim to any countris just because this app doesnt allow me to select the ACTIVE option for roaming service
Roaming packages
I cant register on roaming packages.im using this for almost 4 years..but when im registering on roaming packages its always loading only.please fix the issue..thanks.
Service unavailable
I can’t subscribe to my desired package its Always says service is unvaliable a the moment. Ever since I updated the app.
Why can’t top up?
I been using sim2fly for many years but when iupgraded my sim from 4g into 5g sim card and tried using top up. I can’t push through

Ais was so fast abroad than the other sim cards

excellent application, convenient to use and easy to monitordata usage . I have been using for a couple of years and it was proven that account is secured.
Issues with your app
Not sure if it’s a bug but i experience following things, it randomly disconnects with error message of Login expired. When you log in to check your usage, there is no way to go back to the main app page. You have to exit/close the app and restart it. (not sure why no one in the design team did not check this).
So Slow
Please fix this. It’s so time consuming
