The promo says in English that I can create a new bank account with this app. After going through all registration steps it asks to upload my passport — and only EU countries are available. If they don’t support non EU citizens they could’ve stated it from the beginning!

Και πάλι η καινούρια έκδοση δεν λειτουργεί. Μπαίνω, και όταν πατήσω «Online ενημέρωση» ή «Παράλειψη», κλείνει η εφαρμογή. Δεν δοκιμάζουν τις νέες εκδόσεις ποτέ;;

Η εφαρμογή έχει εύκολο μενού και ωραίο interface. Ο λόγος που δεν έβαλα 5 είναι γιατί έχω κάνει αίτημα για έκδοση νέας κάρτας την οποια δεν έλαβα ποτέ.

Horrifically Bad… Terrible!!!
I downloaded and attempted to use the application to open a new bank account. Putting the basic grammatical errors aside, the AI in the app designed to pick up key data from documents etc simply does not work. After wasting a lot of your time this ultimately forces you to call customer service which is appalling!!! It is truly a shame to the bank!!!
