The Piraeus app has been redesigned to offer you an improved banking experience through a modern, upgraded, friendly, easy-to-use and modern experience.
From the dashboard page you can explore an overview of your relationship with Piraeus Bank, and you can also easily initiate a new transaction. Also, the dashboard page has been enriched with the "Piraeus in the spotlight" section where you can find propositions that promote your banking relationship, as well as the "Stories" section where you can find short articles of general interest with important new information.
From the "Deposits" section, you can view a summary of your account balances or a detailed view of your transactions for each account. Selecting an account, you can initiate multiple transactions from the Transact button. In addition, you can open a new account.
From the "Cards" section you can manage your debit, credit, and prepaid cards. You can also view the balances and transactions of your cards, make a card payment, block temporarily a card, issue a new card, set new card limits, manage card controls management and much more.
From the "Loans" section you can view important information about your loans.
From the "Insurance" section you can view important information about your insurance products.
From the "Investments" section you view important information about your investment products.
Security management:
- Setup security features for Quick login (4-digit PIN or biometric authentication for compatible devices).
- By activating the app’s notifications, the extraPIN code is automatically received and submitted by your device when authentication is required for your mobile app transactions. You just confirm the transaction using your quick login, saving time with increased security.

One comment. When you display the From To account info i would like to see the end of the accounts as the IBAN is too big and cuts off the actual account numbers. Right justify with the … to the left.
Chaotic
As a multi international bank client this is my worst bank app by far. Perhaps just copy the format and ease of use of a US bank. Too many authentication steps, too many extra pins, difficult to navigate and execute payments to public sector entities etc, no place for monthly statements (really????) unless they are hiding in the chaotic design, no side window of upcoming payments, no list of scheduled payments, cant even repeat the same payment to the same recipient in a single step…sad…

Δεν γίνεται να μας λέει πού έχει ΑΤΜ χωρίς να ξεχωρίζει αυτά που δέχονται και κατάθεση χρημάτων…πάμε τζάμπα σε ΑΤΜ που δεν είναι κατάλληλα …

Η προηγούμενη εφαρμογή ήταν καυτερή πιο εύκολη … εδώ πρέπει να έχεις πολύ υπομονή για να μπορείς να κανείς το οτιδήποτε … μου ζητάει επικύρωση των στοιχείων μου … τρεις φορές έχω προσπαθήσει και όλο δεν δέχεται τους κωδικούς που μου στέλνουν … απογοήτευση .
Inconsistent
Horrible experience, overall! Η προηγούμενη εφαρμογή ήταν πολύ καλύτερη! I thought I succeeded I. Changing my password, even got a temporary one, and ended up not being able to login AGAIN! On the website on my laptop it recognized my foreign cell number, but on the app it doesn’t. Please resolve this ASAP. I need to be able to check my funds and I can’t!

No SMS for extra pin
I have multiple time wrote reviews and also contacted customer services but nothing get fixed to receive SMS with the extra pin with my foreign number This is the only application Winbank new app and new iPhone that never works All other app send me extra pin via SMS in a few seconds What is your problem? Many customers encounter the exact same problem Please fix this Thank you
