MyAnimeList Official

The app does it job but I always felt like using it on my web browner more than the app due to the fact at every turn the app will open up its in app browser and it just gives off the impression that I should’ve just used the website on my own web browser than using the app and going through all this unnecessary loading. I do hope everything can be compiled in one app without needing any in app browner or auto refer me to my web browsers via a link.

UI is horrible, not user friendly. Ain’t even have some anime/manga

I have tried to press the “Mylist” button on the app. But every time I try, the app closes on its own. All the other buttons work, for example the “search” and “notifications” but every time I try the “Mylist” button it somehow closes the whole app. I have tried redownloading and Turning my phone on and off but nothing has worked.

I use this mainly to keep track of my manga list and a few anime. Can you guys please add in the manga feature like the website? Thanks

The app does what it needs to do, similar to the website My only current gripes with it are the lack of the “manga list”. Especially when reading on the go, I like to update that list quickly as well, is there anything about adding the manga list to the app as well? And also, could the filters be added to each header in the anime list? For example in “Plan to Watch”, I give certain anime watching priority and like to check that whenever I finish an anime and are looking to start a new one Great job overall

at the login screen i can’t even create a new account cause the cookie sign is blocking the button

it’s very difficult for me to navigate through each page until on the website. it was really confused me at first and i had no idea what to do but as i use it, it got better but it still difficult for me. i simply suggest that make each page similar to how the website would look like. please also implement the re-watching option and the ability to minimise the screen because everything just seems too big and compacted.

There’s some anime which doesn’t show up in the app e.g:- shimoneta, Kenkou Zenrakei Suieibu Umishou And there was a few more which I needed to add from browser I forgot

Useful app that gets the job done. A lot of work has been put into the app, but i do wish this app was open sourced. Not sure if this is just a web wrapper or a native app, but UI should be less bloated. Other than that, good job.

Although this app is very nice there’s still many annoying things to it. First: why is there no option for seeing the English titles of each anime instead of the “original” name for the anime? It’s just kinda annoying. Second: when it comes to anime’s that have multiple seasons it’s very inconsistent on how I “list” them. It’s almost like I have to “list” different anime’s when it’s all the same show just different seasons. Go look up a show like “Naruto: Shippuden” then look up “That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime” and you’ll see what I mean. But overall it’s a great app!! And it’s far better then using apple notes to track.
