DL this and tried sign up . Kept returning to 1st page after put in e-mail and asked for verification code. Did this FOUR times! Tried downloading uploading the upgrade, click the upload button, and nothing happened. This is a bad and could not even upload it, this app rates A zero

I just want to know if I can buy soda with my food card and where I can use the card?

This app has always been glitchy, but now I can’t even login! It keeps trying to push me to Nations benefits Pro without option to continue to the app Km trying to use. My phone is not compatible with Nations benefit pro, but it appears the original nations benefits app is no longer usable. Guess I’ll call my insurance company to let them know I don’t have access to a benefit they pay for for me.

I am so disgusted with this app,all I want to do is find out how much money is on my over the counter itemsI can spend.Please help cause I’m not real saved on the iPhone.

FIX THIS! I’ve been using the app for over a year now without any major issues…UNTIL TODAY. I use the app to check my balances on my card, so I can’t say anything when it comes to ordering through the app. Calling to find out my balance is a pain in the butt and takes forever. I went to get on the app today and it takes me to the sign in page, and when I hit sign in it automatically takes me to a page that says “Thanks for visiting! Install the Benefits Pro app for an improved experience.” It gets stuck on this screen and stays there. If I try to hit the ONLY option, which is “install”, it shows a white page and loading bar at the top and it gets stuck 3/4 through and stays that way. It will not let me into my account no matter what I do. I can’t even find a way to use their regular website to look at my account because I can’t find anywhere to login. This new updated “Benefits Pro” app DOESNT EXIST. I go into my App Store and it says I am on the most current version of the app, and if you search for “Benefits Pro” nothing comes up.

Cannot Check Product Eligibility because I have no idea what the required “wallet” field is. It would be nice if the website had a FAQ Site.

Installed it yesterday, removing it today. Because it wont even let me log into the app. Ive tried going to the the log in using other option section and the progress bar gets 75% done then stops. Totally useless app.

I try to sign into my account and it sends me to BCBS to purchase a Medicare policy. CLEARLY, I already have one! I just want to order OTC products. I’ve never seen an app this bad!

Need I say more? I have never once attempted to use this app and actually have it work. I have to jump through multiple login hoops, only to have nothing happen. I can’t imagine how seniors who aren’t tech savvy manage.
