MyCareLink Heart™

The new version of this app is crashing on my iPhone 10XR running 17.2.2. Can’t update to 18 because I don’t have enough memory. But it has had trouble connecting lately and would have to open app to reconnect. Now it’s just crashing when trying to open app.

The app gives a warning if it’s an emergency but it’s larger than the screen and you can’t continue past it because the button isn’t visible and the warning doesn’t move. There for I can’t log my symptoms for my doctor to check. On top of it trying to access chat for help is utterly useless and frustrating.

It would seem that there should be a way to share periodic heart rate data with the health tracker function on iOS and Android devices. Perhaps a four hour average with a min / max for that period.

I’m signed in and in two minutes it wants me to sign in. Then it wants me to sign in. Then it wants me to sign in. Never mind…

the equipment is working!! Human Error.

Do we have the the ability to post battery life on my iPhone app Ty

The app takes forever to bring up ok screen. Also I just updated and now cannot enter a symptom because of a pop screen and everything is bigger. All I can do is close the app.

This app seems worse everyday. THIS APP NEED TO BE UPDATED REAL TIME.

Since updating to iOS 18 the app has had challenges maintaining it’s connection to the heart loop monitor. Yes, app is never closed.
