When you log in it will will claim you should call customer service to add the vehicles and they are showing the addd on agency screens strange enough you call customer service and no one knows about the app 😂

You need always to reinstall the application every time you want to do something

Salam Dear After buying NEW car from chevrolet I was able to use this application for 2 months only after that stop showing anything even the kilometres and tires pressure all are off, calling customer service not helpful without paying subscription monthly or yearly plans. I can’t imagine how much companies are hunger for money.

I purchased my truck in August 2024 and it comes with 3 years of use of connect features however I have not been able to use it at all. I have made several calls to OnStar and even spoke to representatives with GM and no one has been able to fix the issue. It keeps getting escalated to another team that are supposed to call me back and I never get that call back. I even took my truck back to dealer and a person from service department couldn’t fix. I’m so confused why I cannot use something that I’m supposed to have access to and it is a brand new 2024 Chevrolet Truck.

Unless you’re willing to pay for an OnStar account, this app is pretty much useless. I’m tired of subscriptions…..no more.

After one month of ownership, this app had many features removed that are no longer available and of course, GM or Chevrolet never answers the phone or support.
