This app is for use in research studies examining how diet, exercise and sleep affect health and healing. Our body contains circadian (circa – approximately and dian – day) or 24 h clocks that determines the time to sleep, feel hungry or get ready for physical activity. Research studies run in different locations are trying to understand the interaction between “how much” and “when” we sleep, eat or exercise for better health. You need an activation code from these research studies to download and use the app.

This app doesn’t work at all- I entered my data for 15 days straight and then it wiped it all away and started from 0 again. I guess the app is not being kept up to date. Don’t waste your time- love the concept but the app authors should remove the app from the App Store if app is no longer functional!
Half the features don’t work properly including the message support feature! I tried to write them and tell them some features weren’t working but the message would not send. The sleep feature doesn’t save the accurate time you enter which is one of the main reasons to use the app. You also can’t enter multiple sleep sessions for the same day- eg if you had broken sleep or if you had a nap.
Could be better
When I first started, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to itemise everything separately (if I hadn’t taken a photo) or log as a meal/recipe title. The instructions could be a little clearer for first time users.
I’m still trying to log my items for the baseline period but when I enter a date + time that is not within the last two hours, it adds it to the timeline at the time I’m adding it. So the Date/Time log option is irrelevant. According to the timeline I’m having everything ‘now’!
Sometimes I’m forgetting to log a dinner (and that’s on me) however when I log it the next morning for the previous day, you can’t see if it indeed added it to the previous day’s timeline. I can tell what I’ve had for each meal as I’ve been logging alongside this in MyFitnessPal at the same time.
Could use initial improvements so we know we are logging correctly for the study.
Apprehensively optimistic
I’m hoping this app will be beneficial and I can see the potential. But, I have no way to contact anyone on the site for support so I have to leave a review here. I hope someone sees it. I just started using the app five days ago. After a few days there was an update and now we cannot log vitals correctly, cannot choose the category or weight measure for the log being made, only a number. Also, everything I get a notification for a tip and click it, it opens the app and shows the tip, but all menus disappear so I cannot leave the tip, I have to close the app and restart it. Also, after logging a “live” sleep, I cannot go into the entry to adjust start or stop time for the sleep.

I can’t get into this app - can’t get a code to my email very frustrating
Cannot even set up the app
When going through the set up process the app says my email address already exists (even though I’ve never used it before) and when I say existing account forgot unique code it says email address doesn’t exist. Really disappointed to not be able to use this app.
Unable to sign up
Downloaded the app, completed all questions in the sign up… confirmation email with sig. in code never arrived (even checked spam and blocked senders list).
Signed up with different email - same result.

I have been using the app for around 11 days now. Early days but just the process of recording my health data over that time has had a beneficial impact on my awareness and actions.

Good daily tracker
User friendly; the photo application is good; the daily colored bar graphs showing food, drinks, exercise & sleep give a quick useful visual display of the day. I get a bit ‘obsessive’ with data entry; one can look back at days, weeks or months for entries & graphs. Although used for research, (I’ve been charting for ~ a year now) I’m not sure if my data is still being used or if it’s just for my own reflection. The App & data entry have certainly kept me mindful of my sleep cycles & assisted in timing of meals & food intake; I like to see the exercise bar come up trumps each day too! Optimizing a holistic lifestyle & wellbeing, rather than weight loss, are my main objectives.
Great premise but...
Would love to contribute to research but this app just keeps freezing on me and not working. I spent weeks setting up baselines but now I’m going to delete it.
