MyCitroën allows you to connect to your Citroën vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your Citroën driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked Citroën vehicle is shown on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks the journeys you make and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your Citroën vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the rest of the way to your final destination on foot*^.
The MyCitroën application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MyCitroën also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple Citroën vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby Citroën dealerships and easily access their contact details.
- The latest Citroën news and offers relevant to you.
For added convenience, MyCitroën also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with Citroën Assistance, Contact Citroën and Citroën dealerships.
In order to profit plainly of the app's features, we ask you to give MyCitroën the access to the following features :
- Location
- Bluetooth
- Calendar
- Notification
All Citroën models are compatible with the MyCitroën application. However, if your vehicle is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

Is My Citroën free?
Yes, My Citroën is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is My Citroën legit?
⚠️ The My Citroën app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Appen kan stort set ingenting, og det den kan gør den så dårligt, at den er nærmest ubrugelig. At tænde for klimaanlægget (ja, man kan kun tænde og slukke, ikke justere temperatur eller tænde for sædevarme osv.) eller sætte tidspunkt for opladning tager typisk 30-60 sekunder hvor den arbejder på ordren - og 4 ud af 5 gange fejler det så man må prøve igen. Hvis jeg kunne gi’ minus 5 stjerner havde appen fået det.
Extremely slow or unresponsive
The app is close to non-functioning. I see others report it as well. When you own the electric C4, it is close to impossible to communicate with the vehicle, start the heating etc. It is so slow, that the phone locks and when reopening it disappears or shows an error in the app. Very unfortunate as the car is really nice
E Remote
App virker egentlig ganske godt med hensyntil antal ture med mere, MEN når man er ejer af en el- bil er det nærmest umuligt at komme til at fjernstyre varmeanlæg og opladning. Har nu haft bilen i 10 mdr. og ved henvendelse til ikke mindre end 3 forhandlere uden resultat. Ved flere skriftlige henvendelser til Citroen Danmark er det endnu ikke lykkedes at få svar eller hjælp til at løse problemet.
Det er ikke altid app'en virke.

Super dårlig
Den er så langsom. Den fejler oftere end den virker. Midt i det hele bliver man smidt af. Import af ture tager sindssygt lang tid. Plus den sjovt nok lige synes at den skulle slette alle opvarmningstidspunkter.

this app doesn’t work - updated
The planning/warmup functionality is apparently buggy as hell, as I have never succeeded in getting it to work. It doesn’t communicate the planning I’ve done to the car, whether remotely or if it’s plugged into the actual car. And it’s horrible that I can’t choose my language, but must just accept the language of the country the car is registered in. Speaking of that language, this one is an “ommer” (a do-over) as they say in Danish. After a recent update, the app constantly makes me log in again and you can’t go past the “turn on notifications” screen unless you accept turning them on. I still can’t choose my language and in general, this app sucks.
Why do I have to re-sign in constantly? This is SO ANNOYING! Please fix it. This app is mostly useless. 🙈

Mister forbindelse, er langsom og opladning virker ofte ikke. Virkelig elendig app! Ingen hjælp fra Citroen Danmark!

Denne app er så håbløst dårlig at den forringer oplevelsen af en ellers okay Citroën eC4.
Det er sjældent muligt at få kontakt til bilen for fx indstilling af opladning. Det er slet ikke muligt at opdatere eller at indtaste service mm.
Det ødelægger den samlede brugeroplevelse.
