Highly recommend for people looking for a great community of people who enjoy living a healthy lifestyle in their private Facebook group! Coach’s are active in the group which I find to be great! As for the app it’s self; you can choose programs that are based on the goals your working on. I like there are different options depending on the support you need within that app as well. The free option is great for starters until your ready to commit to more. Special thanks to the coach’s for sending me the “My Protein” package per their Facebook giveaway! Thanks Again!

This app is excellent for anyone looking to perfect your form and tries new workouts to reach new goals. Currently enrolled in the hybrid program, and I’m definitely seeing improvements and excited for my half marathon!

“Free” Trial was not free

I gave this app a try under the impression that the 14-day free trial would have been honored. This was not the case, I was charged and when I tried to get reimbursed since I’m still in my trial period, their reply was “We can only offer refunds, when it meets our T&C's, we offer a strict policy on this to keep a level of fairness across all members.” What??? How about false advertisement when you claimed to offer a free 14day trial?? Besides the misleading “free” trial - I tried the app for a couple days and was NOT satisfied either. I didn’t not find it user friendly and was actually looking for a more comprehensive nutrition section. Please don’t advertise your free trial when you will not honor its terms. Very disappointing, shame on you!

One of the best program apps I’ve ever used

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to let everyone know that the My Coach School app is one of the best programs/program apps I’ve ever used (and I’ve used quite a few). I love that it is their own app and not a third party, they have such great programs that I have found so much motivation to follow along and stick with the entire duration, and they offer plans not just tailored to women but tailored to men as well which I think is great. There is so much information within the app to better your understanding of nutrition, training, supplements, etc. Lucy and Ben are both extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about what they do. They’re constantly engaging with their community and non stop working to share more and improve! To find an app like this is very rare, definitely give it a shot if you haven’t yet!

I love having this app opposed to having to sign on to the program through my browser in the past. I like that the app includes the rest timer right there with the reps. Few things I wished that were different or things that would be a great addition would be: - The videos and/or timers interrupt my music I have playing. - If you miss a workout you cannot go back to make it up without going online to do it. - I wish it kept me logged in everyday. - I wish you could see the weight from the last workout you did without having to search back to see. So you can see if you should go heavier/lighter with each week’s progress.

Big MCS fan for years. Love their programs and if you follow them you will see results. My only issue is with the functionality of the app itself. I understand these things take a long time to stand up and then fix issues as they come along. And I wouldn’t typically leave a review for simple bug fixes but the support link takes you straight to the sign up for MCS page and I’m already a member. Few bugs/issues I’ve seen: -When the sound on the program instructional videos works it automatically interrupts whatever you’re streaming even if you don’t need to watch the video to know the exercise. -Currently none of the instructional videos in the program that I’m in have sound if you wanted to hear -some of the exercise titles are so long that you are unable to read what they are and instead you have to watch the video with no sound to know what the move is, which isn’t always needed. Most supersets you can not see the actual exercise title -The calendar dates in the instructional program that I’m in right now are not correctly synced up to the actual days of the week. -and lastly, and probably my least favorite issue, is currently I’m unable to check off that I’ve completed an exercise and I’m unable to check that I’ve completed a program for a specific day I’m also unable to add what weight I am using which is causing my reporting data to be false leaving me unable to track improvements.

My Coach School app is great for beginners or advanced lifters, there are videos that’s show the proper techniques and programs to help build on a base you already have. If you’re looking to incorporate more running, they have programs for that too! The developers are receptive to feedback to give you the best fitness experience anywhere you find yourself.

An amazing improvement!

I had taken a break from MCS for some personal things and when I came back, the app had been released! This is an amazing development from a very passionate team! It’s user friendly, organized, and such an addition to this business. I’m more intrigued to clock in my workouts due to the convenience of being able to open the app & track rather than having to log in on my laptop and go to the website to do so. 10/10 would recommend both the use of this app & joining the MCS family! You will not be disappointed! As it is new, there are still a few bugs to work out, but they are on top of such fixes so if something isn’t working to your liking, I guarantee the team already knows about it and is looking to repair it ASAP.

The MyCoachSchool app is easily the best fitness app out there! Extremely user friendly and customizable for everyone’s health and fitness needs! Incredible workouts with step by step instruction videos for gym newbies and pros! Tracking for goals and metrics! Delicious healthy recipes for different dietary needs! I’ve been using these programs for nearly two years and can promise, You won’t regret using this app and these programs to meet your health and fitness goals!
