Great!
For newbies and established gym goers alike, the workouts are great! I love the expandable video demos for each exercise and written instructions and tips. The guides are easy to follow and I like that most exercises can be swapped for another to hit the same target muscle. This is especially useful when certain equipment isn’t present or available and allows for more time efficiency when the gym is busy.
Would love to see some tutorials on form, more warm-ups to choose from, and some post-workout stretches to supplement the guides.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well structured gym workout that will definitely stronger (as long as you’re consistent, of course).
Finally seeing results
I love this app !! 💝It shows me everything. What to do, gives me a countdown and breakdown. And helps you to track ur weights 👌and reps, which i was so bad at. It gives you food options too👍 like literally everything you need. I haven’t gotten the clothing yet🥲 but if it’s anything like the app which is results on results then I bet the clothes are amazing too!!!! So glad peloton upped there prices which made me look for this app because I’m finally getting the results I wanted🤩and just in time for my wedding!! Thank you Hanna I followed you forever on Insta you were always goals for me 😉and now I’m finally seeing why!!!Girl you put in the work and I love your app!!! And a woman owned business I’m all for it🥹please keep up the work 🫶🫶🫶

Changed my life
I was not motivated at all to go to the gym, I was feeling lost and my routines were boring, with the Onwu app I have guides that tell me which exercises I need to do to target my muscles and goal, I’ve been suffering of anxiety and depression for a long time and this program has helped me to focus on my health and body

The BEST!
I’ve tried my fair share of workout plans and apps and not one can compare to Ownu. It’s easy to use, allows you to keep track of your progress and even has a nutritional section. I also love the variety of workouts, both at home & in gym. I am always suggesting this app to friends who are looking for an exercise program. 10/10 recommend.
Easy to follow!
This is probably my third or fourth fitness app that I’ve used to get myself in a routine. It is by far the easiest to follow and track progress, without sacrificing quality or quantity! I really love the built in rest times and ability to choose your own guide to follow after personalizing your goals. Definitely owe it my reinvigorated passion for fitness!
Given me new confidence in the gym!
I used to be shy around weight-lifting and that whole section of the gym because I never felt like I knew what I was doing. Hanna and her team have done an incredible job developing numerous guides for different levels of gym experience but also fitness levels to make it easy to feel comfortable and confident with a well-laid out plan!
There have been a few small development bugs along the way, but both times I submit a bug report the issue was resolved quite promptly.
I honestly love this app!
