It was such a beautiful app it made me feel safe and in tune with myself, and now you have to pay for everything even the slighest advice for food recommendations. This app spoke to my body and made me understand myself better. There was things you needed to pay before but now with this update you can barely do a thing. Also the new interface is confusing and hard to use. What a dissapointment what some people can do for charging you some money everything is the same.
While updating lost all data, so what’s even the point if you can not do one basic thing that an update should do - store the data😢
It doesn’t really offer anything more than a calendar unless you want to pay for one of their many, many subscription plans and supplements.
How is it possible that after buying your app, using it ok for the last years (was not the best, but did the job) now you make an update where you ERASE all the data collected the last few years? Now I have to start over with no record of my past periods. Terrible mistake
I've been using this app for many years. It used to be very helpful. With every update I find it less and less useful for me. Too much info but doesn't allow to track your period correctly, which is what most people use it for, not for tips or buying supplements.
The app is basically never working.. Everytime there s an update i cannot log in again. Been in contact with the support for three months and nothing.
It is only for me, or for everyone? After changed app every time i can’t access, i have to start from the new. There is no my back up, so why i have to use your app?
I used to love this app. But since they changed the design it won’t let me save the date my period started. It’s annoying because this issue makes the app completely useless after I paid for it!
I been looking forward to download this app for years after reading the book, women code. But now that I downloaded it, I’m so sad and disappointed, is great the information that provide, but is not linking with apple Health so I have to do it myself, it doesn’t let me enter my last pregnancy, which is the cause for me not having a period and now is not opening at all, it is updating and never opens, I am so sad that I will have to delete it
I absolutley adore Alisa and her books, the app it is very helpfull but it is not working okay. I have contacted the customer service department and their solutions it’s always to re install the app? The glitches are everywhere. You can’t add lots of symptoms at once or fill the data. Alisa, for your holistic work you should find a new IT tech team who can develop a better 2 dollars spend app than this one…More recipes and ideas for the cycle sinc . .. and other options beside buying her 50 dollars mensual supplement. Something more budget friendly would be appropriate.. beside that it helps a lot to have just a controle of our fases
