It needs a section to add surgeries

Have to upgrade to even get a photo uploaded or upload documents
Great!
Fantastic app with great features. However, I have a few suggestions: The ability to add surgeries by just year or year and month, location of hospital where surgery was performed instead of phone number, notes section. The ability to associate a medicine to a condition. Thanks for a fantastic app!
