You can link 1 or more bracelets to your MyID Profile—update your profile once and its updated across all your bracelets. Enjoy these additional features:

MyID Plus Subscription
For $1.99/month or $19.99/year, your Plus subscription unlocks powerful features including Pill Reminders, Documents, Sharing, and the ability to notify your emergency contacts at the tap of a button.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The Plus subscription auto-renewal may be managed and edited by the user under "Account Settings" after purchase.

Clear design and easy to use app. Reminders could use a bit of clarity, it looks like fields are greyed out but they aren’t

Totally love this app , completely user friendly easy to set all of your important information into it.

Great app, very useful. One complaint is that every time I try to save the wall paper with the QR code the entire app crashes

can't sign in

i can sign in online perfectly, but the app does not want to work.

As a first responder, had a pt with this bracelet. Would be nice to have ability to scan without a log in
