A disgrace. I’ve been using it since 2018 and it was very good. In the last several weeks it will not refresh and it’s become progressively worse to the point I am not receiving emails. This has occurred on my iPhone and now my iPad. It’s a major problem. There is no ‘help’ beyond a page with FAQ which is useless.
My app keeps logging me out Not all the time but usually when I refresh my emails then trying to log back in says wrong password After a few hours or a day or so it lets me log back in then does it again Any ideas I have iPhone 14
No response from the developer.
Having to keep re signing in every time I use it. This is after updating the app constantly
I’ve had this app for years and I can no longer trust it to be reliable. I can no longer search for emails, respond to emails. I’ve gone to folder I know had important emails in them and the folder is empty. I would not recommend this app to safe keep important emails. I am now looking for other app options.
I have used this app for years it was awesome easy too use and worked well with work and personal accounts. However recently it has made me have to log in to my accounts every single time i enter the app and some times i have been locked out of accounts for days as it says i have invalid login details and locks me out of the account. Please fix this problem as a lot of people are saying the same thing.
I’m tired of logging in every few minutes. Also what happened to our avatars on each email. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it’s getting worse.
Can’t read emails doesn’t load emails comes up with an error when you log on
I’ve raised this previously, every time I go to the app it asks me to log in into my multiple email accounts I’ve tried everything from deleting app and reinstalling
