Had this app for over 2 years.. got a new phone and wanted to install it again as have lots of emails and my mail said my phone can’t receive sms code! What??
Same number ffs!
So now I can’t access my emails and I even joined x to ask for help as I was getting no help with the “support”
And guess what they just said to email the “support” .. what a joke!
No help from these cowboys and they have all you emails..
So don’t trust them as if anything goes wrong you are screwed.
How can a tech company now sms me on my mobile in the uk? Or offer an alternative solution?
It’s pitiful isn’t it.
So be warned! Don’t download it if In the uk as you won’t be able to get a code if you need to log in or change phones.

This used to be my only app for emails, but now in Uk it’s AWFUL !!! Do not bother using, if I could rate it 0 stars I would !
reaching out to customer service
I've been reaching out to customer service repeatedly for help. I lost access to my email while traveling between countries and have been unable to regain it. Despite my urgent requests for over a year, I haven't received any response from customer service.

Disappointed
It was a great email until they stopped working in the UK. Shame on them for not admitting the truth.
UK Do not use
Good Platform but the phone verification is flawed. I logged out of my account and when trying to log back in I couldn’t. After reaching out to their customer service they told me my region is blocked from receiving SMS. So now all of my important emails are not accessible to me.

Used to live this app. Changed phones and now unable to connect to my mail account. My mail support unhelpful and got impression does not work in uK. Unable to access any of my mail. NIGHTMARE.!!!!
