Failure to load, always having to sign in.
Used to the best thing since sliced cheese but in the past year has been giving problems. At first it was intermittent, but now it’s constantly happening. Can no longer use as a result. What has gone wrong? I previously gave it a 5-star rating, now it doesn’t earn the 1-star I’ve given. Would love to see it working again. Have used this as my only iOS app for years. Sadly using an alternative now that I don’t particularly like and never will because this app spoiled the rest for me. FIX IT PLEASE!

They don’t come back to you and I can’t move my mail to my new phone and now have to cancel everything linked to this mail and get a new email
From Best to Worse
MyMail was the most reliable, now it’s the worst. Cant even login, or add my email. I used to have 10 emails under the App, now I can’t even load 1. From being the Most Reliable to the Worst of them all. From the World’s Greatest to the Trash 🚮

What the heck happened
Was it Apple or your company but a recent update has rendered your email facilities useless. Now I have to go back to the standard Apple email offering. 🤬
Logged out / Now can’t access
Still not working even after the latest update ….. Been over a week now,
Best app ever
I have been using this app since 2017 and it has been soo easy and has made my life easier. I get to access all my work emails from the comfort of my phone
