Doesn’t work
I can’t sign me in despite the password is correct and it works on the website, but the app says it’s invalid password. Again, this is not the first time it happened. Also the app quite often freezes when booking the ticket (when the sign in works). The wallet, Apple pass tickets have no logo.
Complicated
Trying to book a Silver showing is impossible. No help. No information.

Payments not working
Basic functionality doesn’t work. 8/10 payments don’t go through even though Apple Pay works on every over app on my phone. Can’t pay for food even though I have a subscription

If you select your seats and run out of time during the booking process, those seats are blocked off, making it impossible to buy them.
