Great app. Love that it supports Apple Wallet. Wish more uk companies would.

I was trying to sign up for the app and there is a one question that do you have any promotion code. I haven’t had and there is no choice of yes or not and it won’t let me sign up. Tried everything and fed up. Decided we will go to Cineworld instead Odeon for their stupid silly problem.

If that’s fixed then it’s great

I love coming to the odeon takes me to another place as I have anxiety so just love watching movies especially at odeon

Had to go to odeon help website to decode the ambiguous process required to use a gift card on the app, including removing the letter ‘m’ from the autofill and the useless error messages which don’t help. Thoroughly enjoyable process… :(

Since last fix the app doesn’t recognise my password although it is working on my iPad

The app is good. It’s stable, you can favourite your local cinema, seat selection and booking works well. One simple change would vastly improve UX for me personally though - when viewing movies currently showing at a particular cinema can you please revise to allow click through to the movie info (synopsis, trailer etc) from this screen? Currently if I spot a title at my cinema I don’t know anything about I have to exit to Home Screen, select movies, scroll, find the movie, finally access the info I need, then maybe I don’t like the sound of it, so go back to cinema showtimes, browse for another suitable show timing, exit out to review info for that movie… Perhaps I’m missing something but currently finding this an irritation in an otherwise solid app!

Hoping someone see this as it’s awful to try contact anyone from odeon and it’s not simple to cancel tickets u have booked as a guest

Failed when I went to pay. Error message now won’t accept my codes so can’t book my tickets
