Excellent value made available by Odeon. £4 to watch a film with also a hot drink and a biscuit. Deserves to be supported more as it is a bargain. We love it.

Painfully slow app caused ‘ghost booking’

The app has created a ‘ghost booking’ that won’t allow me to book another screening, despite not in purchases, screen seat plan or email receipt. Disappointed, as paid membership in advance

Redeem voucher option does not allows to buy multiple tickets

Cancelling limitless is not easy

To cancel subscription there is not button in the app. I had to fill a random form and still wait 10 more days for someone to reply. For me this is bad experience as I feel like a forced subscriber making it hard as hell for me to unsubscribe.

Handy app for booking tickets

There is a method if you have QR codes or special promotional tickets. Not clearly explained about the order of doing this.

Worse app I have ever used

To say this app is frustrating is an understatement, not only does it not fit the screen of my iPhone promax, the screens do not work correctly, and you end up, giving up in frustration, they have been times wave actually had to drive down to the cinema to book a ticket. Odeon spend some time improving your app.

I detest the app it constantly signs me out and then is problematic re joining . Very frustrating.

Nice app but could do with improvements

My pet peeve with this app is that it randomly logs me out, often at inconvenient times like when I’m about to see a film. Is there a way this can be fixed? I don’t experience this with other apps which have a logged in experience. Also, as a My Limitless member, I quite like to keep track of the films I’ve seen… which can’t be done within the app as it only shows you the very most recent. I’d recommend maybe more incentives to make My Limitless members use the app more.

App not working

This app just doesn’t work. Doesn’t let me type my email or password to log in. After an update it is good for absolutely nothing. Shame how technology doesn’t help but get people annoyed. It was better experience buying tickets at the cinema in person.

What is wrong with odeon

Website never loads and I’ve downloaded the app so many times to log in just to be shown a blank page.
