Downloaded the App because got email notification about flash sale and extra discount using App BUT IT DOESN’T WORK.
Logged into my account, found item from previous order to order again.
Cannot change flavour, amount (i.e. weight) or even add to basket.
Closed down app and tried again, still doesn’t work.

Web view app where buttons don’t work half the time, e.g right now I can’t click search, the nav menu, or filters, but the basket button & home screen categories work. I’ve restarted the app multiple times & switched between WiFi & 5G, nothing fixes it
Good product, expensive delivery charge
One tub of collagen, on offer £7.99 but £4.49 delivery! Ridiculous! Have had one tub already and helped my brittle nails get stronger. Hopefully helping my skin too!

Appalling service and price hikes on second items
Their live chat facility is just appalling. The agents don’t understand simple English.
I wasted over half an hour trying to get the agent to answer my question which was “why was the the second bag of collagen protein more expensive than the first?” before giving up because they couldn’t understand it, nor put me through to someone that could help nor give me a tel number in the U.K. to call.
There is no telephone number for the U.K. operation and ordering today as opposed to yesterday has meant that I’ve lost some of the discounts and freebies….My Protein used to be good but now they’re clearly unprofessional, avaricious and don’t give a stuff about maintaining relations with long term clients… proceed with them at your peril and don’t expect to get any customer service…

I placed a order yesterday costed me 173.35 pound i was just checking the same products today it is costing me 163 with the same offer i used yesterday how come price can change with in a day for every thing this shows you make people fool by advertising sales and offer on your app the. I contacted customer care named lydia was not event listen the concern same message again and again that they cant do anything. I am placing order from last 1 year but if this is service I can’t trust on this kind of brand.

Promised discount in newsletter. Doesn’t work in website, no mention of this in newsletter. Install app, log in using Google, but app doesn’t see me as logged in. More promises of discounts, none work. Uninstalled app, goes to Amazon to buy other product with 1 click.
