Appointment with technician to install internet connection was made. Telenet informed that technician would come between 12:30 and 6pm, and most likely around 2pm. As we are in the middle of a relocation we proactively called customer support the day before AND the same morning and asked that the technician should call us should there be nobody at home. It turns out that technician did show up but at 12:25 (he left a note with time stamp, ie outside the scheduled time frame when none was home. When calling customer support to complain they said that technician came at 11:41am. That’s impossible as we were home at that time with front door open. Unreliable and dishonest company.
Ze hebben weer een aan de app gewerkt “resultaat werkt weer voor geen meter” Ik vraag me toch wel af waarom ik iedere maand 131€ blijf betalen voor deze verondermaatse service
The initial App was not briljant but okay for what it purpose was. However, this new App is torture. The login procedure is unnecessary complicated (with and without admin-right) and limits access to certain features! It’s amazing that a reputable teleoperator produces this sort of App! In addition, the mobil 5G is an absolutely joke! Doesn’t worth any extra money! (2024-06-11)
Mijn Telenet thuis werkt al lang niet meer top en een privé bericht sturen heeft geen zin. Reeds 10 tallen berichten gestuurd met als antwoord,”reset je modem, kabels nog goed? trek de stekker eruit en wacht 10 seconden….” Helpt allemaal niets. Een technieker aan huis, dan moet je betalen. Triestig Telenet, en duurder worden zonder goede service!
Ik heb de indruk dat bij elke update de app meer vastloopt of “oeps” probeer het nog eens tekstje verschijnt. Nog veel werk aan de winkel, en dit voor een bedrijf dat zich profileert al de beste van de klas…
Ik heb geen klagen van Telenet!!! Voor kwaliteit betaal je graag iets meer en met de 360* pods is zelfs mijn tuin van 150m diep volledig krachtig met wifi verbonden!!! Bedankt
As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service quality that is currently not being met. I rely on a stable internet connection for both personal and professional purposes, and the current state of affairs is hindering my productivity and causing undue stress. I find it unacceptable that despite increasing the cost of my subscription, the quality of service has deteriorated rather than improved. This situation not only falls short of the expectations set by your company but also represents a breach of trust with your loyal customers.
