Mytheresa has very good collection and fast dispatch

There is something seriously wrong with the app. Have not been able to put orders through the app, ended up having to place phone order on the last few purchases. But since the last order about a month ago I haven’t been able to sign into my account at all. Kept telling me that my email address is invalid when it’s the only one I ever used to buy anything from here. Deleted and reinstalled a few times now but it didn’t help with the issue. Very frustrating to say the least :(

Too slow

Every time loading back is very slow. Can not select more then one option when filter. For example, can not select two designers at one time. Need to choose one first, after loading, back to click another one, not convenient.

Easy to use

The app is easy to search and use. There could probably be more subcategories to make it even better.

Glitchy, keeps signing me out

Generally this app is a pain to use. I no longer browse here. I only shop here if I am looking for something specific, that maybe another retailer has sold out of. It’s a shame because usually mytheresa has the best prices compared to other retailers and customer service has been reasonably ok. It’s also hard to browse because the image doesn’t include a description of the item until you click on it. Please sort the app out!
