Love Shopbop site but the app needs serious work. The process of loading my cc details was so slow and glitchy, it’s almost like you don’t want my money. Want to love the app for its convenience but the website is still just so much easier.
why I can’t return my order using the app? Have to open the website for return...
Wish Eastdane was included too.
About the shopbop app was available. Need to access to 'My Account' though.
