Recently when I opened the app it show this merry Xmas greeting page. Which cannot be closed. So the entire app is not accessibly.. such bad programming.

Keep updated but cannot use can TNB review back the app

I have add ic photo to Tnb app without written for Tnb Purposes only , I am worried that the IC will be stolen. How should I deal with it?

After update the apps few times, the apps still cant open. When open, forcely close it. Useless apps. Still not solve after more than 1 month. How to check the current/latest bills using this apps?

even though the drop down has amex logo but when amex card number was key in, it keep pops up invalid card number

User hostile. Needs redesign with customer service in mind - not TNB admin convenience. Don’t bother downloading

TNG you need to allow your apps can let your customer log in even at overseas, for those work in overseas wanted to paid also cannot

Recent update resulting the bills were unable to be viewed. It always ask to refresh due to unplugged. Please do something.
