I just wanna take a second to thank all the doctors and nurses here at UCSD for the staff everyone from the cleaning crew to the cafeteria workers, chaplain to the other patients that you meet. Thank you for saving my life and for always giving me confidence to know that I’m gonna be taken grate care of when I’m with you at UCSD. Thank all again.

Electronic medical records is great as I can share it my health care provider and easy transfer to other hospitals or health care providers using the same HIS. Also I can access my lab results, immunizations, etc.
The only negative comment is the Message Center/section wherein very limited whom I can send message. Apparently I can reply only and can’t use other providers to send initial message. Sometimes the sender block me to send a reply (just like when I notified her that the Covid kits in the vending machine was expired). I cannot even send recommendation, i. e., store or place vending machine inside the building or controlled room temperature since all the contents in the machine gets very warm that may deteriorate all its contents.
First time user
This app is great. After all these years I’m able to see my medical records without going to the doctors office.
Love MyChart
This is a perfect way to communicate with my Physicians. I also love the fact that I can view my lab results and any tests and procedures done.
Thank you.
Best medical center
Ever doctor, nurse, technician treats you with five star service. The best there is.
Can’t get it to load
I’ve been trying to log on for a few days and it either keeps won’t load at all or is incredibly slow. I’ve tried both on my phone and PC
Too many times this app malfunctions
Over all the app is very great at communicating to my doctors, booking appointments, checking test statuses, but it has been freezing and I keep getting error messages when trying to open messages. This doesn’t make a difference because UCSD is the best place to be a patient at. Good service and great doctors.
My UCSD Chart
I love it we can communicate back n forth which improved relationship between physician n patient.
Info for pt’s travelling
First let me say that I’ve always spoken to such kind and compassionate employees at both both medical centers. I’ve had one experience that was a statement I found ignorant and bothersome 😠coming from a medical professional.
The problem is that I have to travel to you appx 80+ miles after taking my preparation for a colonoscopy/endoscopy having to stop along the way with all of the side affects of drinking the solution prior to the procedure. I find it close to unbearable. Renting a hotel/ motel simplifies the process and less painful. The accommodations have me spending money I don’t have AND told I get ”no” or $20 if any discount is available. Getting assistance would simplify my NEEDED procedure. FYI I am disabled and my back hurts everyday making travel extremely difficult.
Thank you for your all of your GI center team for their hard work.
