It is so annoying if you want to use the roaming (not calling/surfing data), but to just receive TAC. It ends up need you to do a deposit of RM300 to subscribe the IR. I had been used it for one year more, suddenly my line has gone no service. When contacting with the live agent, they tell me that my roaming credit is RM0! How come it is zero if I only use it for receive TAC?! And the live agent is not so friendly, it will keep asking you “What else can I assist you”. It seems like the agent wants to end the conversation quickly! Where is the manner?! If you are planning to use it, please reconsider using this useless service
Easy to use and able to submit payment without any hassle with simple and direct user interface. Along with the variety of services that can be process with the app. For people that are not having enough time to use PC to proceed bill payment, this app is a go.
I have downloaded the app few times and always go black white screen. Unable to access since I became Unifi user 1 years++
Senang nak bayar kat sini je.
I dont know why my phone cannot load this apps. when it started after few second the black screen appear.
After a few months of trying I can’t even connect my 2 accounts to the app to make easy payment. It keeps showing “sorry try typing the account number again to connect” even though the preview screen shows that the account is correct with the correct company name. Extremely frustrating app. Tried contacting Maaya chat but it’s a bot and doesn’t help or understand the issue at all.
tak smpai 3 bulan pakai berkali kali kene naik turun tm line problem naik l.o.s tak paham aku baik pakai mobile data aje lahh huhu…nk tunggu angkat call repot kalah PM punya bz.. please uprade lagi
I've tried this app multiple times, and honestly, it's been nothing short of horrible. The user interface is clunky, and navigating through it feels like a chore. It crashes constantly, and features that should be simple are either missing or don't work at all. It's frustrating to deal with, and I've wasted so much time trying to make it work. There's no real support, and updates seem to make things worse instead of better. In its current state, this app is absolutely useless.
Hujung bulan bulan 1 sehingga sekarang (thh bulan 2) internet tak masuk. Dah buat laporan 4hb lagi. Nampak je orang unifi dekat dengan kawasan rumah sepanjang tempoh tu tapi bila sampai rumah nak tengok internet masih tak dapat. Lampu merah menyala. Pelik juga dorang ni buat apa tengok duduk sesembang je pastu letak tangga dekat tiang macam tengah baiki2. Persoalannya bayar bukan tak bayar. Dah tu ni kira macam mana? Tak dapat tengok hampir setengah bulan ni bayaran kena penuh haihhhh. Bila nak suruh pasang kemain manis mulut lagi bila ada masalah kemain beralasan itu dan ini siap janji lagi nak baiki tapi palsu. Mungkin bukan orang gaji t20 kami ni tu yang macam ni layanan. Haihhhh
