MyWheels - Auto huren

The company requested me to pay a 600€ fee for a towing actually costing 300€ and due to a problem of the app indicating to right parking spot.

This is the worst app I have ever experienced! I wasted 4-5 hours on it trying to log in to my account but unable to receive the code “sent” by SMS. Never received it, I tried everything, and now I'm not even sure that they're going to make me pay for the trip that I would never have made..! A real scandal.

Excellent service. Équipe disponible, à l’écoute et efficace. Les voitures sont bien. Ma seule critique serait à propos du parking- soit les voitures ont un point fixe de stationnement, soit une région limitée à son point de départ dans la ville. On devrait pouvoir rendre le véhicule n’importe où, pour des one way trip. La course est aussi, à mon goût, un peu cher. 15€ hier pour un aller retour de 6 km en 30 mn… parce que sans abonnement les retours anticipés sont tout de même facturés. Ça reste une solution économique et l’application est facile d’utilisation.

Can’t scan my driver licence no latter how good and sharp is the picture. Besides i have been trying to reach out the customer service to get support. They replied once and then nothing more. Feels like i need to beg for the issue to be sorted out. Worse feeling. Can’t recommend this app at all.

Broken app, can’t log in, can’t search for cars

Geen map met openbare laadpalen.,moest echt zoeken naar laad mogelijkheden. Auto stond niet aan laadpaal en was geladen voor 80 km. Terwijl ik ruim 100 moest rijden.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with with ZERO SUPPORT no CUSTOMER SERVICE and RANDOM CHARGES and FINES you cannot dispute. Picked up a car from a designated electric vehicle parking spot and returned it to the same spot as per the app. 3 weeks later got assigned TWO €120+ fines for parking. MyWheels dispute process said they would get back to me in 6 weeks….. months later I’m still waiting. STAY AWAY.

It was the first time for me to drive an MG4. A lot of trial and error to find out for example how to adjust the driving seat, adjust the airflow, and open the charging connector. In general, it was easy to drive. If it’s a first time to drive an electric car, leave some time buffer for yourself to find out how things work.

Under their email and notification settings I had opted out of updates, but this app continues to send adverts through app notifications.
