Can’t send overseas payments
Crap app, only need it to send money overseas and that doesn’t work. Queue is ages for a banker, utterly useless

I have been with NAB for many years and always have great service, friendly and efficient. NAB have the best on line account service I have ever had with any other bank in my 7+ decades of a lifetime. It is totally secure and guides you every step of the way. Thank you NAB, you are a Winner in every way.
Worst banking app I’ve ever used
Australian banking apps are million miles behind. If this app actually allowed you to login efficiently each time it might actually be useful.
Constant updates
These guys do constant updates and then I can’t continue to use the app until I’ve updated the whole app to the newer version. Usually a minimal change and if I’m low on memory then I need to delete items from my phone just to update this stupid app and then check my balance. Well I used to have these guys as my only bank and now I’ve gone and opened up another account just coz of this recent update nonsense.
Can’t login
The app sounds fantastic but even using my NBN internet I’ve not managed to login! Not once. If I can’t login ever, what’s the point to all of the amazing features. Come on, get it fixed!!!
Useful when it's working
It was a good app, but seems to be having server problems over last few months as it's very slow to login, but mostly doesn't let you login at all.
Great app, but locking up on iOS9 beta
Really useful app and an excellent friendly bank Currently on iOS9 beta 2 screen locks and won't allow access. Appreciate I am early adopter. PLEASE please get an iOS 9 fix out ASAP,. Best Robert
