Namshi - We Move Fashion

I placed an order two months ago and I sent it back, but I have no information about it. The cash has not been credited to my account yet. If it is quality, it is local quality. You cannot buy an item from there. Likewise, their customer service is also very poor.

For delivery namshi had no idea about delivery date and no contact with delivery guys still waiting for package after that Bye bye namshi

Recently there sale is going on, and they are promoting ADIB 25% cash back on min order of 300. As a customer I felt like cheated. I ordered a product above 300 and offer is not applied. When i called customer care, they informed me my card was not eligible, the card 1st 6 numbers should match whats in their system. Mine was not matching and deducted the whole amount.

Pathetic after sale support and return/exchange policy. Very poor customer service and after sale support. Hope namshi improve it .

I’ve selected the priority delivery option for my order to be delivered early and paid an additional amount. The delivery date has passed already and I’ve not received my order yet. Talking to helpline people feels like talking to robots. They can’t do anything except read out the status of the delivery which can be seen in the app itself. Please avoid this app if you want your order to be delivered on time. Priority delivery option is as useless as their service team and delivery carrier are. Extremely disappointed!!

Please I request everyone not don’t install this app. You can buy the items in cheaper price then this. I ordered the adidas shoes . But when I checked the price in other apps it was cheaper then this . Almost 300 riyals difference.

I ordered Seagrass Basket and the sent me some ladies sandles. Upon return request they are not accepting returns because they have written seagrass basket as return. This is just a scam
