Terrible delivery experience
I have to warn everyone who has been a long standing customer of namshi. They are now using noon as a delivery partner and if you know anything about noon, they have a track record of terrible delivery service. Their drivers cancel orders and lie saying they tried to contact you and you might not receive your order at all. I ordered from namshi and I am still waiting for my order 2 days later and I have a flight to catch and the call center is not helpful at all. Apparently they have no contact with noon at all and they will do is say they’ve escalated the issue and their so called escalation is 3-5 working days. It extremely pathetic and unacceptable. Namshi has for sure lost a customer.
Cancellation of orders without communication
Disappointed that orders were cancelled and money returned as NAMSHI credit which now expired. You should be more transparent.

Only problem is that can’t track the delivery or chat with someone once order is out
I work in the day but when I order I need to wait at home not having a expected arrival time for my delivery
Have a better tracking system or let customer choose a preferred drop of time
