تطبيق غير فعّال
لا يمكن الحصول على موعد ، وليس هناك خيارات لتسجيل موعد ، فقط الإعتذار بسبب الظروف الراهنة ، وهذا عذر غير مقبول لأن التطبيق بدأ استخدامه بسبب هذه الظروف. تطبيق يحتاج إلى تطوير بوضع خيارات اكثر للمواعيد ، وكذلك زيادة عدد مندوبي التوصيل حتى يستطيع تأدية رسالته التى ظهر من أجلها.
عدم استكمال عملية الشراء
بعد قيامي بملئ سلتي لم استطيع اكمال عملية الدفع على رغم محاولاتي المتكرره وذهب كل تعبي سدى
اوقات التوصيل قليله وليست في نفس اليوم
صعوبة اختيار الوقت المناسب حيث لا يتوفر اوقات مناسبه لان كلها محجوزه ولا يوجد توصل الا في اليوم التالي واوقات معينه ايضا .. وايضا لا يمكن تغيير توقيت التوصيل لاحقا .. ارجو زيادة خدمة التوصيل و تطويره حيث يمكن للزبون ان يقوم بتغيير موعد التوصيل في حال حدث طاريء
