My order gor canceled twice for no reason and no one contacted me about it

The first impression was really bad and it made me feel that I don't want to order anymore

Very bad customer service , the auto reply message is one of the worst system. Ethically they should be replying by a human not having a robot with unrealistic answers to reply. My order is delayed but no one notified me about that. Am still waiting for their feedback without receiving a realistic answer. Appreciate if customer service calls me back back
