They always mix up with the orders and give you somebody else’s order. When you try to contact customer service they never have a solution. I ordered ready cut fruits and received whole fruits, when I contacted them they said that they don’t have a return policy. I just deleted my account and deleting the app as well. There are many other better options available.

الانذار اللي يجي فوق على عدسة الكاميرا (الدايناميك ايلاند) لايختفي بعد توصيل الطلبية ويبقى فوق ثابت طوال اليوم على شاشة الايفون، واصبح الحل الوحيد، هو حذف التطبيق ليختفي. تفصيل بسيط ولكن مزعج فعلا.

The app is offering fake promotions and when you buy using the promotion they will ask you to change the item to another unprompted item to scam you. Make sure not to pay instantly until you receive the items.

أسو تطبيع واسو تواصل واسو مناديب توصيل بكل امانه عن تجربه لو فيه اقل من نجمه ما يستاهلونها ، ما اعرف ليش تطبيق همه يجمع فلوس من العملاء بالبرنامج ويماطلك في التوصيل وفوق ذلك تجي ناقصه الطلبات

اتعامل معهم من زمان وماشاء الله تطوروا كثير 👏👏استمرو نعناع👍👍

The fastest deliveries I’ve ever seen. Deliver guys don’t ask too much questions, and they deliver the orders right to the door without any effort from my side at all. Totally recommend, especially for groceries that are needed in a pinch.

التطبيق جميل لكن فيه عيب ياخي مو معقولة كل ما افتح التطبيق يطلع لي الخريطة انا مو كل يوم ساكن بمكان مختلف المفروض فيه خيار تحديد عنوان افتراضي و قضينا كل ما افتح التطبيق يطلع لي الخريطة شي يطفش كلمنا الواتس حقهم اقترح عليهم الموظف حقهم مو فاهم انا وش قاعد اقول كاني اهرج فرنسي.
