Nannybag contacted my business in 2019 to partner with them. For 4 years there was no communication, then someone tried to book. Nannybag forged a message from my business in response to a customer inquiry, and the customer showed up expecting service. If you are a business owner, do not partner with them. They will accept reservations and message as you without your consent. If you are a customer, know that Nannybag is communicating as the business owner.

Unreliable

Shop hours were not up to date. Would be better with another luggage storage company.

Over 250 Countries?

Locations in over 250 countries? That’s interesting, since the UN says there are 195 countries in the world. Where are the other 55 countries hiding? If you don’t even know how many countries you serve, I’m a bit hesitant to check my bag with you.

This is a SCAM

Left us stranded in Paris on some street with all our bags! Do NOT Trust! Report to Better Business Bureau! No customer service and will STEAL your money

Unreliable

I don’t recommend using this app or service. We wasted time and money trying to store our bags with it. Their partners aren’t reliable and there’s no quick access to customer support when you encounter issues.

This app is terrible

I created an account and made a reservation two weeks ago. Now I can’t access my account and hence the reservation. I’ve reported this through their chat feature and was told their system is undergoing maintenance. This was 48 hours ago. To be fair, I had a similar experience on Airbnb’s app a few months ago, but they fixed the problem within a few hours.

Scary

Looks like their reviews have been reset. The app looks great and their in house reviews look good too. However, I went to send a question on their chat center and they are not working until Monday. They claim it is 24/7 (it’s not)...makes me a little scared to trust them with my bags.
