Kicking me out and not saving my work even though it’s saved

I make a animation then ad save it this took me 3 days to make the animation. So I go screen record it then I see my animation gone.assets in the animation? Gone all gone fix this please

When I download a model from sketch fab it goes to my files but when I tried to import it the file is blocks for some reason I’m unsure if that’s my iPad or the app

I know as an animator that when making animations of people or characters all the joints should be connected I was here to test this app and it’s awesome as it’s free and everything but there was one issue. the body parts weren’t connected. I made a ready player and it wasn’t connected I thought it might because it wasn’t programmed but then I tried drew (the in game character) and it was NOT connected for example if I were to move the knee up the bottom part of the leg would also go up. So saying that if you made all the joints connected this would be amazing! And probably the best free 3d animation app ever!
