At National Edge, we believe a brand is more than just a name. Thus we are in the final phases of shutting down National Edge and allowing you to migrate to the new and improved ArmME app!

Existing users can log in to ArmME using their existing National Edge accounts to seamlessly migrate and access the latest features.

With National Edge, you can no longer create new accounts, add new devices and set up Wi-Fi-enabled features. In addition, this is also the last app version to receive security updates, and National Edge will be pulled from the app store very soon. Finally, after most users have migrated, we will discontinue (shut down) all National Edge app services.

Arming Errors and notifications errors

1. Please fox the bugs regarding arming errors. It will not arm and say “Panel’s arm status could not be updated” for no valid reason. 2. It also sends two notifications when the panel has been manually armed. Does not make no logical sense. I am using IOS 14, latest as an today, 15 November 2021. Thanks

Only works when it wants to

There is nothing more frustrating than this app. If the Arm “button” was an actual button it would be worn out. Every time I try and arm the alarm it’s an uphill battle and when it eventually does work for whatever reason. It triggers it to go off and I get a call from your call centre asking for my code because I tripped the alarm. Even when I ask for assistance and complain I get no assistance. I am absolutely GATVOL. If I could rate this app with a black hole I would but since that option isn’t available I settle for 1 star. An undeserving star at that.

New update

We used the old app quite often, but recently updated to the new version, and now have to set up from the start before we can use it, but cant. Its extremely frustrating.

Old app was slow and glitchy…the overhaul is great! Working like a dream now!

I cant disarm my alarm

Does this app work with iphone?? i Cant disarm my alarm,i cant view any partitions.

Totally unreliable communication

This app does not deserve one star. It total inability to connect reliably to my alarm to arm, disarm or check the state.

System hangs

The app flashed between the white and blue screen with the note "connecting". Nothing happens. I have switched from WiFi to mobile but this continues. It's quite frustrating as I have 6 alarms that I manage. Please fix
