Fantastic!
I’ve only recently subscribed to Navigraph as part of my enjoyment of flight planning in FS2020.
I had been constantly switching screens on my PC between FS and Navigraph in order to enter various data in the aircraft’s FMC and examine various charts, which can be annoying.
Now with this awesome app installed on my iPad I can prop it up next to my PC and garner all the info and charts I need without having to interrupt my gameplay.
I can even watch my flight progress on the iPad as I fly on my PC.
What a fabulous piece of software this is.
Well done to the developers of this app. 👍😃
Forcing Payment
When I create an account, it then tells me I need a monthly subscription to be able to use the app. What is the point in making the app free if you are forcing charges anyway? This app does not deserve 4.9 stars. Disappointed.
Indispensable for simmers
This tool is simply the best addition to flight simulation you can buy. Without it you are pretty blind, but with it you have everything. The latest version with the additional weather layers is truly excellent. The integration with simbrief is very useful. The number of aircraft that now allow integration of the Navigraph features and charts is great too, really enhancing the realism of the experience. Fantastic. Get it immediately if you are serious about your simulation.
What a quality piece of software
As someone who works in software development and also a Navigraph customer, it’s a pleasure to use such an intuitive and feature rich app, all part of the one subscription. Being able to check on the progress of my flight from another room is fantastic and I take my hat off to the great developers across at Navigraph. When you’re a company delivering software like this, at this quality level, it makes me more than happy to continue with my annual subscription.
Flight Simulation Navigation Perfected
Using this app to plan and navigate your flights feels like cheating, it is so intuitive and easy. Beware of becoming de-skilled if you use this app regularly! In that vane I would advise new navigators to learn from first principles before using this regularly. As near perfection in an app as you can get!
Weather layer is a welcome addition
The new weather layer is fantastic. Nearly perfect. Please consider adding QNH as an option to the Metar. Thanks.
Slowly getting there
Had many teething issues since the release of the new UI, but seems to be in quite a usable state now. Would be great if you could add an option for locking north-up. I have no use for any other orientation of the map, and it seems any time I zoom it offsets it from being perfectly north-up.
Very buggy
The app is very unreliable and often crashes when changing orientation. If you select a different chart from the tabs and then go back, it resets the chart position and zoom which is very irritating.

Congratulations to Navigraph and the team for the long awaited IOS release. Works just as it would on desktop and iPad. Excellent!
