This app is really great for gaining comprehensive knowledge in fitness and motivating yourself to train better and harder. It's well written and has valuable tips. Worth the buy, worth the read. I bought it two years ago and I'm re-downloading it to read it again.

This is a great app that covers so much but I am concerned that the data may be a little outdated. While it has a great amount of information, it needs a more interactive component so you can take the information and build it into a program for your own personal use.
