Very comprehensive

Let me start by saying that this is a good App. It contains a lot of detail and background knowledge. Almost too much detail and overly wordy at times. But this maybe down to the way I want to use this App. I don't look at it for a while, then need to get in shape for a specific role, say the Paras 10. In this case I want quick details a demo video and get training. So if you have time, you will love this. It's well written with some nice videos. It just needs a quick starters 'watch and do' section with appropriate headers. It's still a good App.

If you are expecting an APp to give you workout routines this is not the one for you! The whole interface is truly awful and only gives you a handful of workout tables, that are not interactive!! Save your money!
