The app doesnt load anything in apple phones It doesnt load beyond the home page !!!!!! Its no use at all !!!!

الابديت الجديد مبقاش ينفع ناخد اسكرين شوت ! ازاي ابليكشن تحويل فلوس وخدمات مش متاح يبقى فيه اسكرين شوت !

No screen shot!!

Why would you take the ability to screen shoot?!! What if we need proof of payment??! And not even providing an alternative to share the receipt 🤦🏻‍♂️. You updated the app just to add an awful splash screen to already an ugly laggy user interface and on top take away screen shot !!!

The latest update doesn’t allow you to take a screenshot on IOS 16.6 and if you do the picture appears all black page only.

Mo screenshoot allowed!

Bring back the ability of taking screenshoot. Or allow us to download pdf version of invoices.

البرنامج بيقفل لوحده عند محاولة دفع فاتورة الكهرباء بالرغم من حذفه واعادة تحميله مره اخري عالموبايل ولكن مازال هناك مشاكل ولا يمكن اجراء الخطوات للنهايه بسبب crash

لا يعمل بعد التحديث

After updating to the version, I couldn’t connect at all, a msg appear “your session has expired, please login again” Please fix it as soon as possible , or give an option for downgrade to the old version as it works fine.
