Great app, is it possible to upgrade the app so we use Face ID (biometric) for log in? I use an iPhone Xs, running iOS 17.5.1

2. Insert your BM Internet Banking National ID, select Card Type and the enter your card and accept the terms & conditions.
3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

All bank app are working with biometric login only the bm online not have this option plz we need in new update

I never expect this exceptional service from BM Esmail Ramzy branch. All employee are amazing and very friendly and helpful especially the branch manager Mrs Marian and Mr Abdala
Accessing the account problem
Frequently from time to other, I used to open it smoothly. Since 2 days, although it access the account (got SMS)but the app gives an error and closes it and asks to try again?!! *on iOS.
Worst bank App ever
Until now, no support for face ID login like all other mega banks worldwide.
Not working
I went to banque mast and opened an account. But the OTP doesn’t want to type at all no matter what, this is ridiculous after spending 3-4 hours at the bank itself trying to open an account and bad service. Same goes with most banks in this country

Since 2 days ago i tray to update app but no any respond ??!!
